Located at the intersection of Route 128 and Route 2, Lexington Technology Park is a regional hub for world-class biotechnology and technology companies. The park's campus setting, proximity to Boston and Cambridge and ideal highway access make it a natural choice for growing companies to locate offices, research and manufacturing facilities.

Once the world headquarters of Raytheon Company, the 95.6-acre site originally had four buildings totaling approximately 354,950 square feet of space. Today, the site is comprised of approximately 465,000 gross square feet of office/research space and has been approved for 696,600 gross square feet pursuant to the Definitive Site Development and Use Plan (DSDUP).
