Patriot Partners is the development entity overseeing the transformation of the former Raytheon Global Headquarters into Lexington Technology Park. The partnership includes Atlantic Management and Mohawk Partners, LLC. Atlantic Management, led by President Joseph Zink, owns and manages approximately 3.5 million square-feet of property. Mohawk Partners, headed by Partner Stephen Rice, is a commercial real estate investment and development company based in Framingham, Mass. Since 1997, Mohawk Partners has acquired and developed more than $500 million of property across the country. Recent Patriot Partners projects include the development of Wayside Commons, a 200,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Burlington, and the redevelopment of Lexington Technology Park. Patriot Partners has a positive local track record and is known for pioneering developments that generate job growth, increase tax revenue and meet regional needs.
