Atlantic Management, led by President Joseph Zink, owns and manages approximately 3.5 million square-feet of property. Mohawk Partners, headed by Partner Stephen Rice, is a commercial real estate investment and development company based in Framingham, Mass. Since 1997, Mohawk Partners has acquired and developed more than $500 million of property in New England and Colorado.
